My 6 month counselling/coaching programs are uniquely catered to your needs and desires. 

  1. Together we get really clear on what it is you’re actually wanting… (sounds obvious, but you’d be surprised how many people know exactly what they don’t want, but not what they do want).

  2. We then look at what’s getting in the way of your desires (this is usually fear and old beliefs or stories you’ve been carrying around)…

  3. And then we bridge the gap from where you are now, to where it is you want to be.

  • 12 x 50 minute coaching calls
